1. Order Processing Time

All custom embosser, wax seal and sticker orders from LEEWINDO are handmade after payment confirmation.

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing the next working day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

United States Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email automatically.

International Shipping (Canada, UK, Australia, European countries and other regions)

International orders usually take 10–22 business days for delivery, depending on local customs clearance speed.

All import duties, customs taxes and local handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. LEEWINDO does not cover any cross-border tax charges.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, size and destination country.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $45.

4. Package Loss & Delivery Delay

LEEWINDO is not liable for shipping delays caused by courier backlog, customs inspection, extreme weather or force majeure.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office first, then reach out to our support team within 7 calendar days.

5. Shipping Address Modification

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot revise delivery information once the parcel has been dispatched.
